pip's Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the pip platform ("pip", "we", "our") and each member who uses this platform ("you", "user"). By opening an account, logging in, or using any service on pip, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

pip is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and related services. All operations, transactions, and communications with members on this platform are governed by these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

Opening an account and using any service on pip is only for individuals aged 21 or above. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform. You must provide your date of birth at registration, and pip may request identity verification at any time.

2.2 Legal Eligibility

To use pip, you must reside in an area where online gaming and betting activities are not prohibited by law. It is your own responsibility to check your local laws on this matter. pip does not provide any legal advice on this subject.

2.3 Single Account

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. In such cases, pip reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any remaining balances.

3.1 Registration Information

When opening an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. Any changes to your information must be reported to pip without delay.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pip support immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

pip may at any time ask a member to submit identity documents, proof of address, or verification documents for their payment method. If these documents are not submitted within the given time, withdrawals or other account activities may be suspended.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

pip accepts bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, though larger amounts may require additional verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Ownership of Funds

Funds deposited into your account may only be used for playing games and betting on the pip platform. Holding or transferring funds on behalf of a third party is prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is identified, pip may suspend processing pending an investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on pip can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. That means if you deposit ৳1,000, the bonus is ৳1,500 and the total balance is ৳2,500 — to withdraw, you must wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

5.2 Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has specific wagering requirements, an expiry period, and a list of eligible games. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless pip explicitly states otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Cancellation

If it is found that a member provided false information to obtain a bonus or systematically violated bonus terms, pip reserves the right to cancel that bonus and any winnings derived from it. Bonuses are never offered as a substitute for cash.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a technical error in the software or server causes an abnormal win in any game, pip is not obligated to pay out that win. In such cases, the game round will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned.

6.2 Fraud and Manipulation

Any form of fraud, use of bots, collusion, or game manipulation is strictly prohibited. If such activity is identified, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited. pip may notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

6.3 Betting Limits

pip sets minimum and maximum betting limits for various games and markets. These limits are subject to change and are displayed on the relevant game page. pip reserves the right to adjust limits during special events or high-risk situations.

7.1 VIP Levels

pip's VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum, and 0.8% at Diamond. Staying consistently active is required to reach higher levels.

7.2 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week — total losses minus total winnings. For example, if a Gold-level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100. The cashback amount is added directly to the balance.

7.3 Changes to VIP Benefits

pip reserves the right to change the benefits, levels, or cashback rates of the VIP programme at any time. Members will be given as much advance notice as reasonably possible for such changes.

pip believes gaming is entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage members to play in a safe and informed manner. If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, you can set deposit limits, session time limits, or self-exclusion on your own.

10.1 Closure by pip

pip may temporarily or permanently close any member's account for any of the reasons listed below:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Providing false information or identity fraud
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Activities that are contrary to the law

10.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may close their account by contacting pip support. Any withdrawable balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.

pip reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, active members will be notified by email or account notification. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
